Look what I found...
"Truck,1 1/4 ton, 4x4, Cargo (Jeep J200) 6-cyl, 145 bhp, 3F1R x2, wb 120 in., 193 1/2x79x 94 1/2 in, 3981 lb, GVW 7000 lb, Tires 7.00-16. Pseudo-military cargo/personnel carrier version of J2700 Jeep "Gladiator" (1965) from which M715 was derived in 1966-67." Also from T.O.M.V.D.from. "

WHEN I WAS A KID I SEEN A M715 BRAND NEW FOR SALE AT A JEEP DEALER IN GARY, IMDIANA. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF NOW THATS A REAL 4 WD TRUCK. NOT KNOWING I,D HAVE 10 AT 52 YRS OLD. IMAGINE THAT ?? GO FIGURE

You did? I dont remember sseeing that....maybe I missed it....were all the ones you sent on your site? If so I can get them from there....

Did you ever find anything more out about the "m715e1" mentioned somehwere on the site (forget now). Maybe that picture is it.
Or it could be an early AM715, but if I remeber correctly that came out in '76 or '78.....

That was with a Vin submission and is noted on the VIN list...though that was at the end of M715 production...where this sure seems before....
I dont have further info on that one...would be nice...

so maybe this is before the XM715......like the original prototype....or an export model maybe?
