rockwell t-221 divorced t-case?

I have a local guy with one of these for sale cheap. Is it worth putting in the rig in place of the np200? I am installing rockwells at the moment, and the only transfer case I have on hand is a ds drop ford divorced np205 so I am looking for something to replace the np200

That case is roughly 4 times the size of the 200 or 205. If you can find a way to fit it in, go for it, but I doubt it would be easy.
