I got my M715 into the shop last week and have started accumulating parts. One of my rear fender flares was so bad it ed me off every time I looked at it.

After doing reasherch on the site it seemed rear fender flare replacemt was a real pain. That being said I have little to no body work experience. But I had an idea today at work. I cut a 1' x half section of 36" c900 pipe (extra thick walled pvc pipe) I used a 4' x 3/4" peice of all thread and my good side fender as a template to get the radius just rite. Then every clamp I could find and a little hammering.

I was pleased with the results for 45 minutes of effort and parts on hand. It's not 100% but it's 90%.
