Getting them all the way off was a total PITA, too. The body mount bolts were all rusted together, and since it required a wrench on the inside, I just used the cutoff wheel to get a little better access, haha.

Yeah, well, what's the sense of being all gentle with a BFH if some nice Zoner's going to send some spares along? It might be time to break out the cutoff wheel, then, huh?

The nut inside was suposed to be welded in place.....

Hope these pics help .... You can see here what they bumper extensions are suppose to look like. You can also see here the fixed (welded) nut that Jon refers to. Let me know if you'd like any more ... like of the cover plate.

I used the 'heat and beat' method to get mine back into shape. Wasn't a huge issue, but you do have to remove the lights first.
