What was mounted here?

These holes and mounting points are on the rear of my ambulance body, just inboard of the rear corner reflectors. They are the ones with the "white" looking background (stickum junk leftover from whatever was mounted there).
What were they?

I believe the outboard is the tail-light assembly and the inner is the slave plug, but I may stand corrected on that.

The bottom ones are tail light right and plug left.. yes. And yes the top right is a reflector, but as far as the white one, i havent' a clue... was it a firetruck or farm truck? Could be just about anything......

There was nothing mounted on the body next to the reflector .As for the bumper , outboard hole is for the tail light , inboard one is for black out brake light .At least on mine .

Mine is the same as fasteddie and is the way the books list it. Mine was all stock when I got it.
