Cool pics, they are painted in the experimental camo known as MASSTER camo pattern which was used only in Germany during the 70's. There is a guy on here restoring his M715 back to MASSTER camo and it looks pretty cool. The tread is here; http://www.m715zone.com/vb/showthread.php?t=29903

The MASSTER camouflage scheme above is the ultimate version.
I will say the photo is close to the 80s, maybe 1978.
The truck in the background is a Dodge M882 built before August 1976 in its first camouflage, it will be preceded by the diagram below.
I have the impression of attending a handover.

Yes, he served from 1976 to 1980 in Germany. The 715's survived longer there. I have a few more pictures with more Dodges and/or Chevy's
