Ok, so I'm kinda struggling with making the mounts/crossmembers that support the transmission and transfer case.
It's a ford ZF 5 spd with an ORD low range box and NP205 transfer case.
The trans has a rear mount and the ORD box has a mount plate. Getting around the front t-case output is the challenge.
I've attached pics of what I've done so far but, I'm open to suggestions.
Currently there is a plate between the trans and t-case mounts connecting them. I made a crossmember from 1- 1/4" squate tubing and arched it over the front drive shaft. It is planned to weld this to the plate.
Then I have bent up a second support that will wrap under the front yoke and weld to the bottom of the plate( this is not in the picture) along with a second rear support for the right side.
All frame attachments have poly bushing to allow for some flex.
