    I had to tear down my spare winch down to get a good brass gear.

    old parts new parts
    1-CR 12424 1- SKF 7440
    1-CR 511430 1-SKF 44968
    2-CR9994 4-SKF9998
    1-CR349BM216 2-SKF 44968
    2- timken 23256 cup
    2-timken 23100 roller
    some of the order seals were wider so I used 2 to fill the hole

    Fantastic work.

    See... guys like you.. That's why I don't bother posting a build thread here. I just bolted a shiny 390 in Detroit Diesel Green to a T18 with 30 year old grease on it and stuffed them in a frame with 50 year old dirt on it.
    Reminds me of the time I was at the shooting range, popping off mediocre groups with .223 at 50 yards... and a Texas Ranger rolls up and starts snapping off bull's eyes at 100 yards with a custom 1911 in .38 Super...
    I packed up and left.

    I fired up the 390 for a few seconds yesterday. Needs a boatload of carb and timing adjusting... just waiting on the radiator now.
