I think it's just a flat screwdriver.
I just use a standard brake spoon that I have had for years. Came from NAPA probably, as I think its a New Britain brand.
And yes, a flat screwdriver will work too.......I had to back an adjuster off one day in a parking lot a ways from home and it did the job fine.
