    sorry i left you guys hanging here, im going through looking at the old threads, and just seen this... almost a year or so later.

    for a radiator i used a 70's chevy nova 3 core clamp in style i cut the old radiator mounts off, and where the front clip bolts to the frame i welded in a piece of 3 inch channel for the bottom mount. the radiator endend up being a little tall, and the cap actually hits my hood, ill have to find a shorter radiator or maybe shorten the tank so the filler cap will clear, but in the mean time its working well, and my hood will still close all the way.

    the pullys are about 3 inches away from the radiator so im running a electric fan from a ford tarus. it keeps the motor cool, i have a 190 thermostat and it runs between 160 and 190, hasnt peeked over that yet. ill try to get some pictures of it tomorrow
