Thread: Master Conversion

  1. #1

    Default Master Conversion

So I finally got around to converting the single master to a power master and booster from a 78 J20. I noticed that the eye hole on the rod where it attaches to the brake pedal is larger on the original rod than on the J20 rod. Thought about replacing the whole brake pedal from the J20. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

You may be able to get a brass bushing to shim it at McMaster-Carr: http://www.mcmaster.com/#standard-sl...rings/=12wm9oa

Thats what I have on my hydroboost
    Thanks, George

I think I recall drilling the hole bigger on my hydro boost rod when I put that in.
