No one makes a lift kit. That is you can't buy one. I haven't seen one yet. The best thing to do is do it yourself. Do a search in the modified section to see how others have done it. The easiest way seems to be a spring over with a shackle flip in the rear. Or you can have new springs made at the local spring shop.
The spring over & shackle flip will net you about 6" - call AB Linn and he can get you a new set of NOS stock springs in case yours have sagged a little over the years.
Another option is to go to your local spring maker with the length & height you want and have some made.
Or depending on your skill level you can move the spring perches to match a given application (like a chebby truck) and order off the shelf lift springs. The spring over/shackle plus moving the springs under the frame will put you into the 9" range.
What size tire are you looking to run? The spring over/shackle flip alone will give you enough to run 44's.
Yes a spring over / shackle flip will give you enough lift to run 44's, be it kind of tight up front.
Trying to go as big as i can. 44's sound the most reasonable. Does anyone know the length of the springs off hand? Im about an hour away from my rig.
Not really, I did the spring over and shackle flip, put 44's on it, and still had interference. I put a 2" body lift on it, and that helped, but it would still catch the outside fender lip in the front.
40's fit and articulate perfectly with the spring over setup.
Some 42's fit great as well, but that depends on the tire, and rim setup as well.
I personally think that 44's with only a spring over requires a bit more trimming then I like. If your fenders are already messed up, then I guess it's not that big of a deal.

The truck that won the top truck challenge in 05, what is he runnin i see that he has 49's on that thing just a lot of cutting or what? that rig is a piece of work.
Spicer raised it sever inches on Rockwell axles so that it was well above, lift wise, where a springover truck would be...then he trimmed almost all the metal behind the front tire back to the last layer of firewall to get clearance...and still could rub at full stuff...
If you look how much metl there is beween the back of the tire and the door hinge opening...on Spicers, its gone...just enough left to say there is something there.
