    Default Weapons are wrong

M1 Rifle and 1903 Springfield are wrong for sure. I need to check on the M-14 but believe it is wrong also. All very high.

The deuce prices seem kind of low at only $8,000-$9,000 new. I seem to recall reading they sold for a lot more than that on the original contract.

I've been a collector of military small arms for 30 years, and those prices seem way way high. He'd be a millionaire if he sold it all at those prices. Must have one heck of a collection!!!!

Twilight 2000 is a fantasy role playing game (think Dungeons and Dragons crossed with Red Dawn). I would not expect anyhting on that list to be based in reality.

When I bought my Deuce, it had a sticker on it with the acquisition price shown as $42,800...or something real close to that.

If you go to GovLiquidation.com, and look at some trucks for auction, down in the listing it has the original purchase price, and/or rebuild price (M35A3). I only seen CUCV models, 2 1/2 tons, etc. listed. Don't see any M715 sold thru them now.

For example I clicked on a Chevy M1028 pickup:

Acquisition value listed on those stickers is the total cost that the government has into that vehicle. Contract price + any repair or replacement parts or upgrades = total acquisition value.
