Default Writeup: Rebuildng a 3-lever switch

I decided to rebuild my current 3-lever switch rather than get a new one, and since I couldn't find much about it online, wrote a quick writeup on it:

    http://pages.suddenlink.net/randygar/switch/switch.html

I'm not sure how useful it is, but even if someone just wants to see what's inside of one, hopefully it helps somebody somewhere. It probably counts as a draft at this point, given I haven't even spellchecked it yet...

Mine was pretty clearly not a good candidate for a rebuild, but it works now, so that's something!

Always wondered what was inside that. Have not had a problem so far but good info for future use. Dielectrictric grease would be ideal for the contacts.

Definitely a good primer! Nicely detailed and well put together.

I remember the frustration I had assembling one of mine several years ago with all the contacts and such.

What a great write up! I always wondered what goes on inside a three lever.
Taking the time to plan out and post a write up takes effort. They quietly help a lot of people. Thanks for doing it.
