Door Hinges

The drivers side door hinges on my truck are tweaked and need replaced.
If I understand correctly, any FSJ hinges will work but they do not open as far as the 715 ones do. I can pick up a set from a full size locally for $20, but wasn't sure if that's what I wanted to do.
How big of a difference is there in the amount the doors will open?
Are there any good sources to purchase stock hinges?
