Default Drain plug missing- can’t find it in parts list

I have a missing drain plug on the flywheel housing. I don’t see it mentioned in parts list. Can this be replaced by something from an auto parts store? If so dimensions and threads?

Better yet, it is just a pipe plug and you would want to probably leave it out so that the housing can drain. You can get a replacement at Home Depot, Lowes or Ace Hardware. Nothing special, and that's a good thing.

So that’s something that’s not supposed to be there? And I’m a bale to see the wheel and everything?

You only put the plug in if you are fording a river. It is supposed to keep water out of the clutch.

I've never had one for mine, and I sure wouldn't mount one unless I: 1. Was fording deep water. 2. Wanted a motorcycle-style wet clutch.

Since I don't ever intend to go deep-water fording, I'm not going to worry about having one of those plugs handy.

Same here on all accounts. I checked, there is not one in the glove box
