AB Linn usually sells the military 24v dist. rotors on ebay. The AL166 was a good number years ago, guess that's one more p/n to cross off my NAPA list.

Napa is still showing that AL166 rotor online for $10.50 each. A bit pricey

One note on Napa...I talked to the local guy here, who is a Napa owned store...he told me some of the Napa's are franchised and they dont have the same parts list...so what may be available at one Napa, may not be at another. Possible this is makes a difference...

Well, sorry about that, I should have read better (plus remember we are in the STOCK forum section, lol). Anyway, I have the civvy 12V distributor. Not sure if any of the civvy dist. parts interchange with the mil. dist.

    Default Rotor numbers

I went back to Napa today and took the rotor with me. The guy looked up the number on the cap to cross reference it and came up with these numbers.
    Auto Tune-PT1388, Borg Warner-D183, Kem Manufacturing-1582, Tow Motor-23809, Niehoff-al59b, Prestlitte-45, and the old on I had, Prestolite-1AU1066
I do not know how true this is, but he told me the part number AL166 is no longer made for Napa, some stores my still have some in stock, but when they are gone that’s it. Oh yea, after all that he had none in stock!
