I built a plate with a hole in it for the pin on the brake pedal arm, and a second hole so I could bolt the push rod from the booster onto it. I welded spots on the sides of the plate next to where the booster rod ran so that it couldn't turn, and then bolted it tight with a bolt and nylock nut. The other hole in the plate slips right over the pedal pin and is retained by the stock spring. Works well, and I have great breaks with the booster and fresh brakes and wheel cylinders on all 4. Next addition to the braking is the trailer brake controller and pedal operated light switch.
