    thanks guys. its a pretty complete runner. its got a buick v8 with a turbo 400, power steering. plan is to do a few small things and run it around for a while. getting a hydro brake setup quick though as it takes a ton of pedal effort to stop it. the transfer case is so loud too. im checkin and changing all the lubes now. plan is cummins 6bt, nv 4500/np 205 spring over lift, 40ish tires. eventually axle upgrade with 4.ish something gear set.

    Looks good, but that ladder pretty much kills any plans to put it in the garage Welcome to the zone!

    Thanks, once i get rid of the ladder, outriggers and fwd plow frame (which should lighten the truck about 1500 lbs), i'll probably be doing a mild resto mod and only making slight changes for comfort. the driveline will stay original until some thing craters or parts are completely null and void . I'll keep posting pics as things move along.
