    It's the BIG hole that goes through the frame for the stud itself that you have to cut
    NOW i understand ..... pics and detailing helped a lot

    does anyone know the angle of the taper on the reamer needed to flip the steering rods?

    16.5" x 12" (or maybe 14", can't remember).
    They were WIDE. Looked great, but you couldn't air those tires down too far, and getting the beads to seat was a PITA. Tire shops could NOT do it. I had to strap them and use started fluid to get them to seat.

    Too bad I didn't have any videos of the couple times I blew the bead OFF the rim!
    It was like a cannon blast directly to the face!

    Run stock suspension then!
    The tires will fit, but rub a little off road.
    You can run 2" longer front shackles for 1" of lift.
    And a 1" lift block in the rear.
    You can do this FAST.
    If you use a GOOD lift block, it will be safe.
    And you shouldn't need to change anything else. Just put the bigger tires on and enjoy!
