Default What are the dimensions of the correct Pitman Arm?

I couldn't find the answer to this with a lengthy search, so....

What is the proper size for the Pitman Arm with a power steering box conversion?

I've got a PS box with a Pitman Arm already attached. It measures 6-3/4" long (center-to-center of the holes) and the drag link end is a tapered hole measuring 21/32" to 3/4". Will this one bolt right up to the M715 steering linkage?

The FSJ pitman arm fits the M715 IF you use the FSJ power steering box, the Saginaw type...or the GM car box as it is the same steering box.

Binford, I have the one I took off my truck when I did the spring-over. I'll measure it tomorrow cause it's at the shop!

I'd heard some FSJ Pitman arms fit and some don't, even if the box bolts up.

I'd sure appreciate it if you could get me that measurement, Jed! (By the way, a wheelin' friend of mine keeps drooling over those tires I've got here for you! Hopefully I'll be making another trip out there in a few weeks. I'll let you know.)

Hey Binford, my old pitman arm measurements are exactly the same so it should hook right up. Oh, and I am really excited to get those tires! Thanks, Jed

All the FSJ's from 74 up use the same pitman arm, thus they all work.

    Thanks, Jed!

I'm not sure what vehicle the box is off, so I wanted to be sure. (Got it from Tac. Tac--what's it off of?)
