    Default antenna mount

I have a little misunderstanding, maybe you can help me on this one ... i'm looking for the good antenna mount whicj is supposed to be a sugar scoop but here's the bug, i think my truck was equipped with a kind of antenna , the mount used only 4 bolts because they is only 4 holes drilled on the right side of the bed but the sugar mount used 6 bolts. May it be possible that i had another antenna mount on the truck ?? or they just bolt 4 of them instesd of 6 ??

Or i may be completely wrong and never had any antenna at all and something else was bolted there instead but those 4 holes are drilled on the upper section of the bed ... if they were drilled much lower i may have think about a jerry can holder ...

i'll try to post a good picture.

Between the bed wall and the scoop is a bracket SC-C189025, and a back plate to hold this bracket tightly on the wall. I draw up measurement and order two made in Bangkok cost $15 each. You can drill four holes to fit the holes on your bed wall here is drawing

    Hope it helps

the AB/15 mount only used 4 holes plus a larger one for the ant cable.

    Default Radio equipment on M715-series

I never found any installation instructions of any kind of radio set in the military manuals, including those which are specialized on radio equipment in military vehicles. So, an antenna mount has nothing to do on a M715, even if it looks good.

If one were to research this web site, they may find the necessary information required to make credible comments or suggestions on technical specifications regarding M715 series vehicles.

The installation instructions for any given radio set came with the installation kit for that set. I think radios were under signal corp not ordanance div. The installation instructions were not published in the vehicle manuals.

Wolf dose again I think you misunderstand. My truck was as radio truck, pretty sure M-715 radio trucks came with some sort of antenna.
