    Default Tube question

I may have a line on some tubes for Radial tires. But my plan is to use NDT's. My question is can I run tubes for radials on stock rims with NDT's? Some of you more knowledgable types post-up.....like the guy in the Dirty Harry movie said "I just gotta' know"...

I think, but not 100% on this, that the only difference is that a radial tube is thicker and more heavy duty, because the inside of the radial carcass is not smooth and the tube can scrub around in there and chafe a hole through a standard tube. You should be just fine using a radial tube in a bias tire, just not the other way around.

Radial tubes in bias ply tires = OK
Bias tubes in radial tires = BAD
