Thread: Memphis Equipment Liquidation

    Default Memphis Equipment Liquidation

There is an ad in the MVPA from the liquidators about Memphis Equipment. Says "total liquidation of all trucks, parts and inventory" on October 1. Many of us have bought parts there so another source is going! The sale is close to me so I'll be going.

I saw that ad. Just the Pa store is selling out. They have been closed for a few months now anyway.

Unless they moved it, most of the M-715 stuff was in PA. Thats where they rebuilt and sold the trucks.

I've heard that anything worth while has already been moved to the main HQ in Memphis.

I called them in Memphis a month ago, and the guy there I talked to said that pretty much everything was back in Memphis. They had a few things still left to move, but ultimately they were just consolidating everything in TN. Sounded like a business decision based on the current economy.

They also wanted $550 for a used Deuce front fender then. No wonder they had to close that store.....maybe sales were a bit down?

Well, dang. I liked that store. The guys that worked there were nice, genuinely helpful, and had a good inventory of stuff on hand (and were happy to let customers shop thier warehouse).

This news sucks, as I am sure I am goign to find a lot of stuff I need to buy whenver I get around to actually working on my truck.

If they would cut that tree down, I could get a better view...
