    Engine lifting eye
Post by dj on May 7, 2006, 9:04pm

I finally sorted through all the pieces of my pile of M715 parts, and cannot find anything that looks like a lifting eye for the front of the motor. I did find the rear one. Ive looked in the manuals and only the rear one has a picture. How do you guys lift the motors in these, doesnt seem like there is much place to put a chain.I could probably fabricate a lift eye if I had a picture and knew where it bolted on.

    Thanks for any help. DJ

Front is the same as the rear...I'll have to check where it bolts...

I didn't have one on the front of mine, so I wrapped a strap around the motor. Easy as pie.
