Accelerator pedal ?

I’ve been messing with the “New” truck and the accelerator pedal felt funny, so after looking it over, the only thing going from the pedal assembly to the bracket under the dash is a spring, is this correct. It’s really hard to give the truck gas smoothly because of the spring pressure.

Check with your local hardware store, as they generally carry a multitude of similar springs in a variety of sizes. I found a useful brake clutch pedal return spring at True Value.

Memphis Equipment has most or all of the metal parts for this...

what are you missing... i have most of the metal parts from a parts truck

The only thing I think is missing is the linkage rod #10.
