I have recently fell victim to a broken rear frame to spring mount pin, while removing the shackle and spring for cleaning. So i figured if im going to spend hours fixing a turd design, id spend those hours making it better. I like the height of a spring over, and shackle flip, and for now im only going to run 38's on stock axels, and since my rear shackle frame pins are shot, a shackle flip aint happening. So here is what i am brain storming. Taking 63in chevy leafsprings ( Stock, or skyjacker lift springs)? mounting them inboard under the frame, and then spring under the rear axle to bring the height back down a few inches and eliminate some axlewrap. But what im most concerned about is getting the rear the SAME HEIGHT as the SPRINGOVER front. Id even be open to using the stock rear leaves in the same design, if anybody has any experience THAT WOULD BE AWSOME. And if it works i will even post pics of this here build up.
