Default Pulling T98 with Engine in Place?

Guys.... I have a M715 with original transfer case and transmission but the original engine has been replaced with a crate Chevy 350 with GM bellhousing and adapter plate. My truck was sitting for awhile and it looks like my clutch is seized (plus it was already going out). Question is... can you pull the transmission and keep the engine in place? I looked last night and it looks like the transmission is wedged between the engine and a support frame/cross member. I can remove the trans/transfer case shaft out and push the transfer case back but it looks like that cross member is going to keep me from sliding the transmission back to Access the clutch. Thoughts?

Gonna be tight without pulling the tc. Crossmember unbolts if still stock. So yes, it should come out. Keep in mind the np200 weighs 168 lbs.

I changed the clutch by pulling the trans to tcase driveshaft and dropping the trans...also changed the seals in the trans and tcase while I had it out of the way...not sure how much the non stock components would affect that but I think it would still work.

Trans crossmember? Yes...kind of wanted to anyway as the rear seal had been leaking and it was a mess...the mount was wasted too.
