All,
Decided to fabricate my own winch bumper with the help of a friend. I know the passenger side is shorter than the driver's side. Could someone please post the measurements (length) for each side?
Thanks!!

The distance from the shackle cut outs to the ends is the same on winch and non winch bumpers on both sides. I have a set of bent up winch bumpers in my class. I will lay them on top of each other Monday if you want and tell you the length if you can wait that long. Just remind me Sunday night or Monday morning.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

Sorry for the delay. The truck in my class is Pistolnut's. We are trying to get the stock exhaust pipe out from under the truck without cutting it. We almost have the transfer case out and the pipe still won't come out.
Anyway, both of his bumper ends are mangled pretty bad. The best straight line measurement I can give you on the drivers side is 34" and 27" on the passenger side. Sorry for the impreciseness, but that is the best I can do.

Thanks, very much appreciate your efforts. Sounds like you have one heck of project on your hands.

My bumpers are still in good shape. The driver's side measures 34-1/8", and the passenger's side measures 27-1/2". The space between them is 12-3/4". If you need any other measurements, let me know.
