    Yeah, same paint...

    The seat belts (lap style) were already in there when i bought it.... i can take a pic of how they're mounted if you want. One side is through the seat floor bolt and the other is on the rear pillar for the door. Im not sure if they came with belts or not from the factory.. that's a very good question.

    They did not come with belts from the factory, but if one was in service long enough, there was a modification done to most trucks in the 70's to add lap belts.
