Thread: Headlight springs

    Default Headlight springs

I did a quick search and didn't find anything so I'll ask. I was taking my headlamp buckets apart for blasting and paint and broke three of the four springs. Where can I get some new ones or do all sealed-beam type housings use the same style/type spring. I've never had a reason to take a bucket apart before so I've never paid much attention to these.

Most auto parts places carry the "Help" line of stuff. They always have headlight springs in those sections. Take one of your busted ones in and match it up.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

Cool thanks. If MotorMite has them they must be common.

They are exactly the same as my 70 Chevy pickup bucket springs, because I had to rob a couple of them.
