Does anybody have the part number for the windshield seal? I need to replace my windshield this week before somebody stops me out here in the 'burbs and gives me a $130 ticket (I've already been followed by the local black and whites a couple times but no one has stopped me yet...)

It's snowing like crazy here in MN, perfect 715 weather!
    Cheers

The seal that holds the glass in is reference number 11640934...if you need the FSN it is 2540-933-3541.
VPW goes by that first one...unsure which Memphis would use to look it up.
Hope that does ya....are you driving an M715 with no windshield in Minnesota now?? I live next door and I know that would be like death for me....maybe you are just looking to replace cracked glass and looking or a new seal...either way, GOOD LUCK!!

I just need to replace my cracked outer pane- made the mistake of leaning over the battery box to adjust the pax side mirror, slipped, and tried to catch myself by pushing on the widshield....

My seal has aboout a 1/4" gap at the bottom, thought it was a good time to replace it as well.

    Thanks for the number
    Cheers

Hey I just had a new windshield made at a typical galss shop for $125.00 installed. Although I did buy a new NOS seal I found out from the glass guy that it is pretty standard stuff. He even had some.

    Thanks for the seal.
Just picking at you. It was a job getting the seal back in the box.

Actually, I did use a NOS seal. I had bought two by accident. Did you use the NOS seal I sold you?
