Default Braden LU-4 Winch Re-assembly Question, Please

I am FINALLY being able to re-assemble my winch. (I still can't find a few misplaced parts!!!) I started about 5 years ago and got stopped because the two keys in the drum shaft would not budge. Oxy-Acetylene torch heating solved that problem.

The question is the location of these two spacers/sleeves whatever they are called. It is not clear in the manuals that I have.

Question is, does one go on the shaft, on each side of the drum? There are two of them. One picture is of the two of them flat on the bench, the second picture is with them slipped over the shaft. I think the drum goes between the two?

    Thanks for your help.

The location of these two spacers is one at the front and rear of the "Sliding clutch".
