    I bought the universal sending unit from Autometer to go with the gauge but I haven't put it in anything yet since I can't seem to find a fab shop willing to build me a fuel tank in aluminum for under $600 yet. The sending unit is a nice piece, uses the old style mounting and is completely adjustable.

    KK, you might consider a custom guage panel that you can put a tach in also since you're doing all the work. Can't remember who fabbed a couple up, but they looked really sharp. Someone should remember and chime in. There's some pics here somewhere.

    Think it was 67Beast - Dave Allen - he only made a couple - had trouble getting the outer bead to roll correctly.
