Those are old pics when I first started to test fit to see what it would look like. I added a total of 23 inches to the extended cab.
The wife was not thrilled the truck only sat 2 and we have two small kids. So she told me to look at a tj. I said I will just turn this
on into a extended cab. I put it all in photo cad and showed her how it would look and here I am.

You can always add flatner to the paint of your choice. So to keep the wife happy and make the truck look right you could get the new green your talking about and flatten it so that it looked like some shade of cammo green.... Personnaly I'd painted 34079 flat forest green.

I did one in Hunter Green a few years back, and it looked great, even with the new OD top.

With that much talent displayed in your fab work I think you've earned the right to paint it any d**n color you want!! (I'd still vote for the Marine green myself)

How far down does that tank go past the bottom of the frame? Very cool.

Love that stretch cab! That will make a world of difference.

Re: color choice - the jeep Sahara YJ's were offered in a semigloss sand (common) and semi-gloss OD (rare). I think it was a '91 model. 50 year Jeep commemorative, maybe? A friend of mine had one in OD and I always thought it was a good looking color. The sand was nice, too.

At the risk of much abuse, I should point out that they were METALLIC semi gloss colors.

Fire in the hole! (I'm ducking behind my desk now.)

flat black looks very ominous on these trucks, tinted windows and a black canvas top...... downright intimidating.......
