Thread: Tires for 20" rims

    Default Tires for 20" rims

Other than Michelins or Swampers, what tires are people running for their 20" rims. I am looking for something in the 36-38" range and the tire will need to be able to handle highway jaunts in hot weather, without killing me with noise. The ones I have looked at so far are the Toyo mud tire, pro comp mud and the Parneli Jones dirt grips.

    Thanks for any help

If you look real close at my avator, you can see that my 11.00-16 XZL Michelins on the M715 are the same higth as the 9.00-20 NDT's on the M35 I am towing.

11.00-20 XL Michelins are all over the internet at around $100 each. They would be a theoretical 42" tall. 9.00-20 NDTCC tires (38" tall) are in the $60 range. I do not know of any 9.00-20 military tire radials besides the NDT though.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.
