I would definitely be interested in a set if he is going to knock out a few.

Is it possible make them longer to accommodate fashioning new cab corners also?

Although I am lucky enough to have good rockers at the present time, I'd probably buy a set to satisfy the hoarder in me.

I do understand that it will probably be a small run and your friend will want to be paid for is time invested.

I'd certainly be interested in a set too.

I talked to Dan. He says that he can sell them for $100 plus shipping per set. But there are a couple things that you need to know.

1 is that they are 18 gauge so they are stronger than the stock rockers.

And the other is that he made these to be direct replacements but it's still not an easy job. The installer should really know metal. The original spot welds have to be drilled out and each rocker will need to be massaged into place according to how much metal your replacing and have cut out.

Let me know what you guys think.

That was the same for the rockers that were available years ago. You need to know metal work.

I'm pretty sure 18g was stock, I know I wouldn't accept anything less, the poor aftermarket replacements are 20g and they're on the thin side. I would definitely love a set.
