From the info in the listing, I don't see why it wouldn't.

The pump lever is different than on the stock pump or the carter M-3561-S pump.

Just for reference kwai, is the M-3561-S the replacement fuel pump for the M715?

that pump will work but doesn't have the vacuum side for the wipers.
you can get a rebuild kit for the stock pump from http://www.then-now-auto.com/
