    Yeah, I s'pose I could.... But I anticipate the LED light (when I get it) will fit in there pretty snugly as it is. Smear a little something around the perimeter of the light before it goes in and I'd be golden, eh?

    I'm still just baffled/befuddled over the fact that I am left with no lip....

    4" is 4" but inside diameter is different than outside diameter when measuring your cutting device. Sounds like you use a 4" inside diameter hole saw when DP used a 4" outside diameter hole saw. Make sense?

    Tim, use a marine grade adhesive > 3M's 5200 (black or Bronze color) or
    Sikka-Flex. These adhesives require 120+ degree heat to loosen up after once having cured. Clean squeeze outs with denatured alcohol. Careful this stuff likes to get on everything and use gloves or you'll have to wear it off.

    Lots of places sell the 4 inch rounds...same one semi trucks and trailers use...Grote, Truck Lite among others have them.
