Question AMC 360 - Build and questions

I'm building up my M715 with an AMC 360, its all mocked up, and in place.

The Bearing retainer is a t18-6e, and uses a longer 15-5/8'' input shaft. http://www.m715zone.com/vb/picture.p...pictureid=1042

Im having difficulty finding the Throwout bearing needed, part numbers would be very helpful. I tried searching but having no luck.

Give me the OD of the portion of the bearing retainer on which the the throwout bearing slides-- I have a spare TOB for an IH truck that might work & I'd like rid of. IH used the T18 in trucks, and it's almost identical to the T98 this bearing fits, if I'm not mistaken.
