Default Brush guard and gladiator grill interference

So I finally installed an intercooler on my truck and i installed a gladiator grill to take away the attention of the aluminum cooler. Well I go to install the brush guard on the truck and the grill sticks out too far. I thought I saw other trucks using this combo in here but maybe I was wrong so if anyone is using these two together let me know what you did or shoot me some pics. These two are going to cohabitate one way or another. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Might not have been the best solution...but I relieved the back of the brush guard to make it fit...

I had that same problem. I made and welded on new longer mounting tabs to provide the needed clearance.

That's what I am doing. It looks like an inch more bracket length does it.
    thanks,
