    Question Winch question

    I am intalling a factory winch on my m715 and I am not sure on where the carrier bearing mounting plate bolts up to for the pto shaft. dose anyone know or have a picture of one mounted on the truck.

    Mine was bolted to lower, front, drivers side of engine. But with the cummins 4BT-A that I intend to transplant I will need to make some mods. Sorry no pics.

    The pic above shows the bracket bolted to the lower drivers side front of the engine...on the alternators bottom mount...the ic is from the rear of the alternator looking forward...youcan just see a few of the fins in the radiator through the opening in the shroud just below the bracket and alternator. The oil pan is on the right side, from the top of the pic to the center roughly.
