I hope they do too. I called Memphis and the they said they used to stock it but hadn't had one in over a year. He gave me the only part number he had and wasn't sure where it came from. Sounds like it might be Prestolite. I'm sittin in hotel room and don't have it with me but I think it was something like FAJ-2001.

It looks like CAJ 4001 was the number Memphis gave me. It went ahead and bought one from Midwest Military and don't see that or any other number on it. It was a bit pricey at 95 beans but I really didn't want to swap over the civvy dist. from my old motor. It was a bit taller so I had to remove the can-type resistor under the 24v coil.

When I hit the starter it fired right up! It has a lot more power than the old motor. Thanks again Tracy. I put the motor in Memorial Day and started and drove it Labor Day. I keep telling the wife I'm slow but thorough.

www.midwestmil.com , 952-440-8778 , John Bizal , Check out his website, there was an article in MVM about John and his businees a while back. An interesting thing about him is he got his start in the OD world with M715's, but unlike some of us others he seen the light years ago and got rid of his 715's.
