Do you set the motor or manifold level ???
    Post by elohim1 on Sept 24, 2006, 7:53pm

Fred and I have my 502 in the M715 with the th400 hanging off the back . I need to fab a tranny mount, which will dictate how the motor will sit , since we have motor mounts installed.

The Manifold has an angle to it with the lowest point towards the front of the motor.

    My question is.

Do you want the surface on the manifold where the carb sits level or the valve cover (motor) level ?

I assume the manifold so the Carb sits level.

    Thanks
    Chris
