    The Military and the Govt. do some crazy things that I still don't understand. Just think of all the M-trucks, etc. that were left in Vietnam, Korea and places like that. It is somehow easier to destroy it than to take care it with you.

    If you are interested in buying a Gama Goat (runs and drives, has new brakes with new master cyl and $47 worth of DOT 5, almost new NDT tires, etc.) email my roommate: azsharkbait@mac.com It needs a paint job but otherwise is a solid truck. Great fun to drive, less fun to maintain (more zerks than you can count).

    Default Gama Goat FOR SALE

    Drew,

    There's no way I could get one now but for the sake of research, what is he looking to get? The website I posted above ranged from 1500 for a project to near 10G for an almost road worthy driver.

    It never occured to me that the drivetrain was so complicated, plus I bet a bunch of the big parts are hard to come by. Oh well, only makes me want one even more.
