Default Good work truck, Winch works

I finally got my M715 out on the road about a month ago lots of fun now that I can use it.

I went to the dump Saturday with some other debris. Got weighted in with 1040 lobs on board. I did not notice much of a difference in the truck even with all that weight.

Yesterday I used it to help with some yard work.
I had several railroad ties (the real ones, very heavy) in the yard that had to be moved.
When I was a younger man I could muscle them around pretty well, but that was about 15 years ago when I laid them down.
No problem, I hooked the winch up to them and dragged them across the yard so that next week I can load in the truck and dump.

In cab lever popped out of place a couple of times once the load got heavy and I had to put a little pressure on it to keep engaged, I did not look underneath, can it be adjusted?
