I've got two T98 Chelsea PTOs. I dont suppose I could use one of them could I? I've heard that there are only a few different PTO gearings out there. I've heard the NV4500 take a standard Spicer 6 bolt PTO. So the choices are straight oe slant cut on the gears. If that is correct .. no idea. I'm hopeful for the T98 PTO. NV4500 is slant cut right? Anyone know? Worst case just change the gears?

The above would be a very nice set up. I know those axles with Humwvee rims and tires look pretty good. To keep stock height you would need spring under axle swap for the front. Mikel and a couple of other guys on here have done it. Even more have done the spring over in the front and spring post/shackle swap in the rear.

To add to What Glenn said -

That trans/TC would work. I would look at http://www.car-part.com for cheaper alternatives. You can also look for Chevy NV4500 combos and swap the input shaft (cheap) and bellhousing to the Dodge CTD type.

In my M715 I modified a chevy D60 to spring under and made 2" spacers for the front. This made the front axle match the 72" wide D60 I put in the rear. Without the front spacers, with SRW hubs the HMMWV rims will hit the knuckles.
