i did like 40 grit and used a u-haul. dont pull over 55 though. gonna do it again in 2 weeks

As long as the trailer is 12' long and 80" wide it will fit on it..I loaded mine up today to go to haspin acres in Laurel Indiana for the steel soldiers rally so I went out and measured it up and took some pics..My trailer is 18.5' long and 83" between the fenders 102" to the outside of the fenders..2 3500lb axles with trailer tires and at least one axle with brakes and you are set..My tow truck is a 1 ton with a 454 T400 4wd so it pulls it good but I wouldn't pull it without working trailer brakes..Click the pic for larger view..

towed mine on a uhaul from la to st louis. it looked so bad i'm surprised the undercover uhaul police didn't stop me.
drove one side over the fender and it plopped down just fine. wheelbase fit fine as well, although the body hung over the end.
primarily, it's all about what you're towing it with. the uhauls are built tough for rental use, limitation is the tires.
just don't tell them what is is, just say it's a commanche p/u.

i used a uhaul trailer and f250 and it pulled fine all the way up i-40 to asheville, nc
