    Default Need some help

So I purchased this beautiful M715 last week and was tickled pink that it was going to be mine.

However disaster struck...while being shipped, a careless driver ran into the back of the trailer, causing a chain reaction which lead another vehicle on the trailer running into the back of my 715.

Can anyone look at the pictures and tell me if I am in for serious issues?

    1. The rear drivers side bottom corner looks to be sheared off/bent to hell.

    2. Rear bumper looks to be bent in and warped. Can the bumper be removed and replaced or is it a part of the frame?

    Thanks for the assistance!

Hammers and heat. I've straightened worse.....Fixing/ blending the paint will be harder....
    Is that real money?

I agree. It looks like the tail light is gone and the tail light extension housing is bent. I imagine the thin metal tire side of the housing is bent pretty much as well.

However, very few people have a M715 with those extensions that came straight. We have pretty much all had to straighten those things. Pull it off, put it on an anvil or as close as you can get to one. Start with the biggest hammer you can swing on the biggest bent part. Then work down to a small hammer for the finishing details.

The paint is going to require you finding what paint and code exactly is on there. Then just clean, prime and shoot. Assemble in reverse order of disassembly.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

That's a rotten bit of luck...but the really lucky thing is that you still have your M715!

    Nice truck!
