    I have a civilian distributor I'd be willing to part with, the shaft is tight in good shape,but needs a new vacume advance and distributor cap and rotor, Need a civilian two barrel to go along with the distributor? Let me know. i was going to do the same thing but decided to swap in a buick 350 from a 69 J-3000 instead. Fisherman todd&lara@juno.com is me e-mail

    And in case anyone is wondering, the vacuum advance unit can still be found NEW...I replaced the one on my civvy dist before I dropped it in....magneto shop here in town ordered it from Chicago, FedEx next day, $24 total...not bad considering...
